What is DELAC? What does D.E.L.A.C. stand for?
DELAC stands for District English Learner Advisory Committee. The purpose of DELAC is to advise the district's local governing board on programs and services for English learners.
DELAC Board
The DELAC board is composed of parents or guardians of English Learners not employed by the district.
